University Health Service

The University Counseling Services provides CIA students with a safe and confidential place to discuss personal concerns from  learning difficulties, procrastination, depression, anxiety, relationships, substance abuse and recovery support and matters relating to diversity, including cultural, ethnic, and LGBT. UCS services are free to CIA students. To arrange an appointment, please contact 216.368.5872.

University Counseling Service (UCS) provides CIA students with a safe, confidential place to discuss personal concerns such as learning difficulties, procrastination, depression, anxiety, relationships, substance abuse and recovery and matters related to identity, self-awareness and cultural adaptation. We offer individual, couples group counseling, psychiatric medication management and referrals into the community. UCS Services are free with the exception of neuropsychological testing for which there is a fee. UCS is staffed by psychologists, social workers and psychiatrists who are sensitive to the unique needs of CIA students.

To arrange an appointment please call 216.368.5872. Our office is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We have two locations on the Case campus, the Sears Building Room 220 and University Health Services on the second floor.

UCS also provides urgent care counseling times without an appointment Monday through Friday at our Sears location and has an On-Call counselor for emergencies after office hours, weekends and holidays. Call 216.368.5872 and follow the prompts to be connected with the counselor on call.
