Alumni Profile: Thu Tran, Creator and Host of IFC's Food Party

Thu Tran, a 2005 graduate of the Institute, along with a group of fellow CIA alums, created the Independent Film Channel Hit "Food Party".

We visited Thu Tran, creator and host of the IFC's 'Food Party' television show, in the network's Brooklyn studios. While there, we ran into the all-CIA cast and crew that also work on the show. With BFAs in glass, painting, sculpture, fibers and enameling, the crew tackles everything from writing and production to design and acting.
