Palettes Pro

02/25/13  |  Posted by Reid Jacobs  |  Posted in Digital Canvas - Apps & Accessories

Palettes Pro by Rick Maddy is an extremely powerful productivity tool for creating, organizing, and updating digital color palettes. Palettes Pro is able to create colors from photos, websites, and custom colors you can mix within the app using it’s sliding bars. Palettes Pro also has five color models that are made up of different color swatches that you could pick from just like if you were in a paint store. In the Palettes Pro dialog box, you can see all the colors that you have selected within a palette enabling you to see if they go well together or not. You can then edit the colors or delete them from your palette. Palettes Pro gives you the Hue number, Saturation level number, and the Value/Brightness number along with each color that you create. This makes it easy to replicate the color you have chosen in other programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator. You can also take these numbers to a paint store and they can mix exactly what you are looking for. Get the perfect color with Palettes Pro in your pocket! Available for $3.99 in the iTunes store.
