The new facebook application is out for the iPad2, much to the horror of every professor struggling to keep their students' attention! The interface is much easier than stumbling over Facebook in Safari or another web browser app. Links are still easy, but the chat option is still a little slow. Before the release of the Facebook application there were only third-party developers like Friendly. However, that's all in the past. Don't use this during lectures, but enjoy your social networking! My favorite function for the Facebook application is the swiping motion you can do to see all of the options on the side like messages and events.
